I'm not receiving your emails or texts
If you've opted-out of our email and text marketing, you will not receive any essential notifications or announcements regarding upcoming appointments or our salon/spa updates.
Unfortunately, we are not able to edit your notification settings. Please log in to your Vagaro profile here to adjust your notification settings.
Online Orders
Shipping
We offer free shipping for any orders over $100(before tax and after all discounts are applied) for domestic purchases only. For orders under $100, shipping charges will appear at checkout.
Your order will be shipped either by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you need your package delivered by a specific carrier service, please reach out via email before placing your order. An additional shipping fee may apply.
Once an item is purchased, we will do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. Your orders should arrive within 2-7 business days from the time the order is processed. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped out the following business day.
Pick Up In Store
If you live locally and would like to pick up your order from our Carmel, IN location, please choose the In Store Pickup under shipping options. This will ensure that you avoid any shipping costs. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and available for pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders may be picked up during regular business hours.
Returns
We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for boutique items unworn, unopened, smoke-free, and un-altered with original tags attached and receipt included.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, jewelry, scarves, hats, or any other final sale items.
A store credit will be issued for the purchase price.
Our hair and skin products are made with high quality ingredients and have a shelf life.
We will accept returns for unopened product within 30 days of purchase. A store credit will be issued for the purchase price.
We will accept returns for opened products within 15 days of purchase. Products must be more than halfway full. A store credit will be issued for half the purchase price.
Store credit can be used for goods only, not services.
To start an online return, please email us at bonjour@mermarche.com to make sure that your item meets all the return criteria. Items returned to us that do not meet the criteria will be returned to you at your own cost. When issuing a return, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This store credit will be available to use online or in store. Store credit does not expire. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.

Missing Packages
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is passed along to the parcel carrier and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
First, double check that your delivery address is accurate. If your address is correct, reach out to your shipping carrier for assistance with missing or stolen packages.

When will I be billed
You will be billed monthly on the day of the month you signed up, with your credit card on file.
If you need to update your credit card on file, you must log in to your Vagaro profile here to update your card on file.
How long do I have to commit to the membership
A three month minimum commitment is required at sign up.
What if I don't need a facial every month
Your membership can be paused anytime via the Vagaro app. If you are billed for a month and don't redeem your credit for a facial that month, your credit will not rollover to the next month so you are welcome to share that facial fredit with a friend or family member.
If you're sharing your perks with friends or family, you must let us know in advance as to give us permission to share your perks with another individual. In doing so, your friend/family will be booked under your name and therefore will have your card on file. If they choose to leave a tip, they will have the option of using your card on file or providing a new payment method.
How do I share my membership with friends and family
There's a few different ways to share your membership perks with friends and family.
-You're welcome to have a friend or family member redeem your monthly facial in your place if you aren't able to make it in for that month's service. Please let us know in advance of scheduling so we can make the necesary accomodations.

What is the free birthday gift
Members of our Luxe and Petite Skin Membership will receive a complimentary $25 credit towards our selection of Comfort Zone skicnare for their birthday.
You'll receive your birthday gift via email and text a week before your birthday. Your credit can only be used once per member and can be used online or in store. Keep in mind, if you have opted-out of our email marketing you will not receive your birthday gift via email.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation of your membership (after 3 months required commitment) must be requested via phone at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
